About "Steps to Greatness"
In 2005, we began crafting a plan to help TMA become the "Greatest Agency on Earth." As a first step, we identified five qualities that would help us achieve that goal: (1) Vision & Purpose; (2) Great Client Service; (3) Collaboration & Integration; (4) Culture & Investment in our People; (5) Great Work.
Then, we created "quality teams" to craft specific action plans to reach our objective.
